Donna F. Schnurr, 72, died June 24, 2005, at Thorne Care Center, Hutchinson.
She was born Dec. 30, 1932, at Bristow, Okla., the daughter of William and Jennie Hannon Cotrell. She graduated from Hutchinson High and attended Hutchinson Community College. A Hutchinson resident most of her life, she was a secretary for Hutchinson National Bank, Emprise Bank and Bank IV.
She belonged to First Christian Church and volunteered at the Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center.
On June 29, 1951, she married Jim Schnurr. He survives.
Other survivors include: two daughters, Debra F. Gee, Burleson, Texas, and Sheri J. Goolsby, Arlington, Texas; two sisters, Sharon Mossman, Lenexa, and Vicki Gilmore-Cotrell, Portland, Ore.; and a grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Elliott Mortuary, with the Rev. Kim Biery presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairlawn Burial Park.
Memorials may be sent to the Good Samaritan Fund at Wesley Towers, the Kansas Cosmosphere or to the Hutchinson Zoo, all in care of the funeral home.
