Saskatchewan and passed away
peacefully at Fairview Mennonite
Home, on Wednesday, May 5, 2010.
Beloved wife of 65 years to Clinton
(Clint) Jantzi. Dear mother of Barbara
McNally and her husband Ray of
LaFontaine, Rev. David Jantzi and
his wife Kay of St. Catharines.
Cherished grandmother of Alanna
Somerville and her husband Ted,
Laura McNally and her husband
Andre Fong, Kara McNally, Angela
Kersten and her husband Derek,
Jeffrey and his wife Kim Jantzi,
Carissa Jantzi and Philip Jantzi.
She will be missed by her
great-grandchildren, Aidan, Evan,
Ashlyn, Jade, Brendan and Dylan.
Predeceased by her parents Hiram
and Eva Eastman, and her sister
Margaret Carter. Mabel retired from
teaching in Waterloo Region where
she had taught at eight local
elementary schools. Mabel's family
will receive relatives and friends at
the Henry Walser Funeral Home,
507 Frederick Street, Kitchener,
519-749-8467 on Thursday from 7-9
p.m. and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
The funeral service will be held on
Saturday, May 8, 2010 at Bethel
Evangelical Missionary Church, New
Dundee at 11 a.m. Cremation to
follow with future interment in New
Dundee Cemetery. As expressions of
sympathy, donations to Bethel
Evangelical Missionary Church
would be appreciated by the family.
