MILTON/POMPANO BEACH, Fla. - Alberta Agnes (Trayah) Pidgeon, 90, passed away in Broward Health Institute on Friday, April 30, 2010, in Pompano Beach, Fla.

She was born on Dec. 27, 1919, in Milton, to the late Albert and Mabel (Boclair) Trayah. Alberta was originally from Milton, and moved to South Florida in 1999 to be near her children.

She is survived by her two daughters, Leta Rae Wilson of Coconut Creek, Fla. and Wilma J. Colby of Davie, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and two nephews.

She was also predeceased by her son, Arnold Pidgeon in 2005.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2010, from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at 11 a.m. at A. W. Rich Funeral Home - Fairfax Chapel, with the Reverend Elizabeth Griffin officiating.

Burial will follow in the family lot in the Milton Village Cemetery.

Arrangements are by John D. Workman, A. W. Rich Funeral Home - Fairfax Chapel 1176 Main Street, Fairfax, VT 05454.
