Lexington, TN - Joe Gore, 67, retired business owner, died Sunday of cancer at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Natchez Trace Baptist Church, where he was a member, with burial in Henderson County Memory Gardens. Reed's Chapel has charge.
He was a World War II veteran.
Mr. Gore, the husband of Louise Minor Gore, also leaves a daughter, Elaine Gore of Lexington; three sons, Joe Gore Jr. and Raymond Gore, both of Lexington, and Billy Gore of Parsons; a sister, Hazel Jones of Florida; four brothers, Charles Gore and Leslie Gore, both of Lexington, Raymond Gore of Clanton, Ala., and James O. Gore of Michigan; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
