"Funeral services were conducted this afternoon in the Twenty-eighth Ward chapel for Daniel M. Bath, Church worker and lifelong resident of Salt Lake City. Bishop A.P.A. Glad officiated, and burial followed in the City cemetery.

Mr. Bath, who died Sunday at his home, 464 North Fifth West Street, was born in Salt Lake City, July 25, 1864. He had been connected with the Utah Soap factory for the past 45 years.

An active Church member, Mr. Bath had served in the Ward offices as President of Mutual Association, president of the Elders Quorum, secretary of the High Priests Quorum and as chairman of the genealogical committee. He has been a member of the presidency of the Quorum of Seventy and was a Sunday School teacher.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Rachel Brooks Bath and the following children: Mrs. Violet B. Allinder and Kenneth Bath of Salt Lake City; Mrs. Leone B. Rasmussen of Murray; Lon D. Bath and Wilford W. Bath, of Los Angeles, and Bryan T. Bath of San Diego."
