GEORGE A. POMRANKE

George A. Pomranke, 77, of W3042 County Hwy, F., Chilton, died on Wednesday, March 3, 1993 at the Calumet Medical Center following an apparent heart attack.
He was born on July 23, 1915 in Calumet County, a son of the late Arthur and Helen (Timm) Pomranke. He was a graduate of Chilton High School. He had farmed in the Chilton area for many years, was a mail carrier for 29 years, and later was a self-employed mason contractor, and did logging and sold fire wood in the Chilton area.
He is survived by a special friend, Selma Weber, Chilton; a sister, Anna Marie Wilson, of California.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., on Saturday, March 6, at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Chilton, with the Rev. Barbara Horner-Ibler officiating. Burial will be in the Ucker Cemetery in the Town of Schleswig. Friends may call at the Weiting Funeral Home in Chilton from 4 to 9 p.m., on Friday, (TODAY) and at the church, on Saturday, from 10 a.m. until the time of services.
