Dennie "June" Helton, age 74 of Salyersville, Ky., passed away Friday, April 23, 2010 at his residence. Dennie was born February 2, 1936 to the Late Dennie and Rena Cook Helton in Lick Creek, Ky., Dennie was also united in marriage to Jenetta Bailey whom he is survived by. Dennie was a retired School Bus Driver and a farmer. He was a member of the Bethlehem to Calvary Church of God. Along with his wife Dennie is survived by Three Sons: Danny (Shawna) Helton, Randy Helton, and Jerry (Kim) Helton all of Salyersville, Ky., Two Daughters: Connie (Roy) Boleyn and Sandy (David) Wireman both of Salyersville, Ky., Two Sisters: Barbara Pennington of La Grange, Ky., and Gladys Helton of Salyersville, Ky., Twelve Grandchildren and Nine Great Grandchildren. Preceding Dennie in death are his parents, One Daughter: Sherry Helton, Four Brothers: Gardner Helton, Garland Helton, Arnold Helton, and Ken Helton and One Sister: Emmery Howard. Funeral Services for Dennie "June" Helton will be held on Subday, April 25, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. From the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny Reed officiating. Burial will follow at the Helton Cemetery located in Helton Branch of Lick Creek, Ky. Visitation will begin Saturday, April 24, 2010 at 6:00 P.M and continuing throughout until time of services on Sunday from the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
