She was born on July 18, 1919 in Anderson, where she resided all of her life.
Roena graduated from Anderson High School.
She worked for Delco Remy.
She loved spending time her cats and dogs.
Roena is survived by her loving granddaughter, Angie Elliot-Dorsey; nieces, Elissa Wickersham, Marsha Taylor, and Diane Parkison. Also surviving is her sister-in-law, June Allen, her son, Terry Boots, and several great and great-great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by husband, Donald Elliott; parents, Lena Mable and Sidney Paul Allen, Sr.; and siblings, Sidney P. Allen, Jr., Daniel I. Allen, Leona Biddle, and Charles R. Allen.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 26, 2018, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd Street Anderson, IN.
Services will follow visitation at 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
Cremation will take place with burial in the Anderson Memorial Park at a later date
