Hedwig "Edna" was born in Rochester, NY, the daughter of Charles and Josephine (nee Kolovich) Tarlecki; the sister of Blanche Yech, Joan Lafferty, Rose Wright, Samuel, Charles Toil, Josephine Felice, Max Toil and Walter; the husband of Clarence Harmon and the mother of Albert, Walter, Jeane Urgo, Patricia Hrklavich and Dona Majka. She moved with her family in 1905 to Cleveland and resided there the rest of her life.
