SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral services for Frank Don Deaton, 68, will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, July 6, 1999 at Rose-Neath Marshall St. Chapel. Officiating will be Sister Teresa Kile of Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. Burial will be at Forest Park, St. Vincent Avenue.

Funeral home visitation will be Monday, July 5th from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Tuesday, July 6th from 7 a.m. until service time.

Mr. Deaton passed away Saturday, July 3, 1999 in Shreveport, LA following a lengthy illness. He was born in Muskogee, OK and was a resident of Shreveport for 40 years. He was a retired Boilermaker from Local #79 and member of Joppa Lodge #362, Shriners, Scottish Rite, 32nd Degree Mason and Eastern Star.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Stella Mae Deaton; brother, Gene Deaton.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Betty Deaton of Shreveport, LA; daughter, Nadine Deaton Ice and husband, Matt of Bossier City, LA; son, Ben Deaton and wife, Dell of Bossier City, LA; grandchildren, Christina Deaton, Amber Deaton, David Deaton, Mason Griffin, Daniel Deaton, Mikie LeClare and Tyler LeClare; brothers, Johnny and Jimmy Deaton; numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Pallbearers will be Johnny Lonadier, Matt Ice, Tommy Divinney, Chuck Bowman, Joe Fields, and Jim LeClare.

The family requests memorials be made to the Shriners.
