Maude Buckley, 76, dies
Lander - Services for Mrs. Maude G. (Mickey) Buckley, 76, were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Lander Valley Chapel of the Henry Mortuary.
The Rev. John Murray of Holy Rosary Catholic Church officiated.
Mrs. Buckley died Saturday at Bishop Randall Hospital.
She was born Feb. 7, 1901 at Deadwood, S.D.
On May 23, 1936 she married Leo Buckley at Rawlins.
Mrs. Buckley was a longtime Lander resident and before her marriage had worked at Bishop Randall Hospital. She had been active in Girl Scouts and was a Girl Scout troop leader for several years.
Survivors are her husband, Leo of Lander; one daughter of Scottsdale, Ariz.; two brothers of Alliance, Neb. and Ord, Neb., and two grandsons.
Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery.
Memorials to the Cancer Fund would be appreciated by the family.
