Memorial services for Corp. Alan Hargrave, 19, son of Mrs. Bernice Barnes, 5315 Prairie av., killed in action in Korea , will be conducted by Father R. O. Brown in the main chapel of Holiness Community temple, 5536 S. Indiana av., at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow. Corp. Hargrave was one of a group of Negro infantrymen who captured "Little Cassino," a hill on the south Korean front near Chinju.

SLAIN SOLDIER'S MEMORIAL SET FOR TOMORROW

A painting of Corp. Alan Hargrave, 19, will be unveiled tomorrow during memorial services at the Hall Youth center, 5536 Indiana av. Hargrave, the son of Mrs. Bernice Barnes, 5315 Prairie av., was one of a group of Negro infantrymen who captured "Little Cassino," a hill on the South Korean front near Chinju. He was killed later while fighting in Korea . The services are being sponsored by Bishop M. W. Hall and Father R. O. Brown of the Holiness Community temple, 5536 Indiana av.
