From FAG Member #47166735:

According to the Cole ancestry, found on Ancestry, Cole married Ruth who may have been the daughter of Edmond Chandler since he had a daughter named Ruth Chester Chandler. The basis for assuming that Collier had a daughter named Ruth was from a deed he wrote to his son-in-law Cole. It was found that Collier had no daughter. Another records on Ancestry has her father listed as Edmund.

From FAG Member # 48502258:

Evidence has been found that William and Jane Collier did indeed have a daughter "Ruth." There is a baptismal record at St Saviour Southwark, Surrey, England for 5 Aug 1627 for "Ruth Collier," daughter of William. This explains the reference in William's will and makes Ruth Collier the most obvious choice as the wife of Daniel Cole.

google books/Direct connections pg 20, Cole -Chandler 1614-1694:
Three of Jacob's son , Job, John, and Daniel cole came to New Plymouth in 1633 with William collier, merchant of London, a fourth brother Joseph came to Plymouth, but in some later year.
Daniel settled first in Yarmouth then 1650 to Eastham where his older borther Job was town clerk, Daniel served as deputy ten times, and other town positions as well.
Daneil Cole1 b 15 Jul 1614 Eng. m Ruth Chester Chandler 1627-1694 abt 1635 Eastham, he d aft 1660, Eastham Mass. issued:
John, Timothy, Hepzibah, Ruth, Israel, James, Mary, Esther, William
Note* with some errors: the Father of Daniel, was William James Cole III not Jacob, the mother Susan Bale, Daniel who is brother to Job and John who came with William Collier, did not have a brother Joseph, and the wife of Daniel was as noted above Ruth Chester Chandler, Further search being done.

Another thought, The will of William Collier , calls Daniel , son in law, not by nature as if marriage to a daughter, but as a stepson, Daniel came over with the William Collier family as his apprentice, under legal age, his father dec's, his brother Job married to Rebecca dau of William Collier, there for making him a brother in law, No founding information on this Daniel, son of William J Cole III and Susan Bale, having a wife Ruth Collier.
