Job Cole married in Plymouth, 15 May 1634, Rebecca Collier, daughter of WILLIAM COLLIER, baptized at St. Olave's, Southwark, Surrey, on 10 January 1614/5; she died at Eastham 29 December 1698, widow of Job Cole, aged about 88.
Their 3 children: Daniel, Rebecca Nickerson, & Samuel. There is no evidence of her burial place, but most people then were buried on their own land.
