Anita C. Corcoran
Melstone--Anita C. Corcoran, 58, wife of Timothy J. Corcoran of Melstone, died Tuesday afternoon in Billings Deaconess Hospital. She was a former school teacher and had lived in Melstone since 1966.
She was born Feb. 4, 1912, in Bozeman, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ira T. Williams. She graduated from Hysham High School and Eastern Montana College in Billings, and had taught in both Treasure and Rosebud counties.
She was married on Aug. 13, 1935, in Couer d'Alene, Idaho. Mrs. Corcoran was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Hysham and the VFW Auxillary of Forsyth.
Survivors include her husband of Melstone; three sisters, Mrs. Mary E. Brown of Helena, Mrs. Lynn Poff of El Dorado, Calif., and Mrs. Margaret Williams of Sidney.
Funeral services in Hysham at St. Joseph's Church. Burial in the family plot in Hysham cemetery.
