Survived by three children, Gordon (Romell) Ferguson and 2 daughters; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; a sister Elvina "Sis" Wildey; and a brother, Clifford Platt of Phoenix, Ariz. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by her husband, Michael Glenn Ferguson; parents, Bert and Grace (Earls) Platt; a daughter, Elma Waller; a grandson, Mark Ferguson; two great-grandsons, Daniel Ferguson and Michael Massey; a granddaughter, Debra Waller; and two brothers, Roy Platt and Walter "Bud" Platt.
Born in Troy Township, Channahon area resident most of her life. retired from Caterpillar as head Cook. member of Plattville Lutheran Church and Women of the Moose Chapter #84.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, Dec. 29, 1999 at 10 a.m. at the Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home, the Rev. Brett Ready officiating. Interment Seward Mound Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday, 4-8 p.m.
