Virginia Chappell Delp, 51, of Woodlawn, died Saturday Jan 19, as the result of an automobile accident, she was a nurse.
Surviving are her husband Carl A. Delp, two daughters, Charlene Delp and Shelia Hamm; her mother Edith Chappell, all of Woodlawn; a sister Edna Shore, Wytheville, a brother Billy Chappell, Camp Spring, Maryland.
Funeral services were Jan 22 at 11 a.m. at the Seventh Day Adventist Church Galax, by Pastor Jack DuBosque and Pastor Wilmore Eva. Burial was in the Woodlawn United Methodist Church Cemetery.
