Funeral Services In Rayne Today For Mrs. T. Savoie
Final rites were scheduled for 4 p.m. today at the St. Joseph Catholic church in Rayne for Mrs. Theophile Savoie of Lake Charles, 60, nee Marie Mendoz, who died at 3 p.m. Thursday in a Lake Charles clinic. A native of Opelousas, she was a former resident of Rayne. Survivors include her husband, Theophile Savoie of Lake Charles; two sons, Joe of Lafayette and Lawrence of Lake Charles; three brothers, Louis Mendoz and Clovis Mendoz of Crowley and Elie Mendoz of Opelousas; two sisiers, Mesoames Moreal Pommier and Louis Guidry of Crowley; and six grandchildren. . The E. D. Melancon and Son, Funeral home of Carenero had charge of arrangements.
