Davis County Clipper (Davis Co., Utah), 27 February 1980

Pearl Mitchell Oldham, 61, died Feb. 25, 1980 at her home. She was born May 26, 1918 at Woods Cross, Utah to Hubert and Lenore Clay Mitchell. She married John B. Oldham Aug. 19. 1936, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was active in the LDS Church serving in many positions. She was a genealogist researcher and completed several genealogical assignments for the church. She has lived in the Bountiful area all of her life.

SURVIVORS include her husband of Bountiful; sons, John H., Whittier, Calif.; David M., Tucson, Ariz., and James E., Kaysville; daughter, Mrs. Robert (Mary Lou) Crane of Granger; 23 grandchildren; brother, Dan Mitchell, West Bountiful; Dave Mitchell, Anahiem, Calif., Lee Mitchell, Holladay; sisters, Mrs. Fred (Ila) Case of Salt Lake City; Mrs. Dick (Maud) Guinzi, Montana; Mrs. Wallace (Esther) Prigmore, Billings, Mont.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Bountiful Third Ward Chapel, 50 South Main, where friends may call Thursday from 11:45 to 12:45 prior to the funeral. Interment will be in the Bountiful Memorial Park, Funeral directors are Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary.
