Born to Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Burk, May 3, a son, which the Lord saw fit to take from them. It was budded on earth to bloom in Heaven. We loved him and hated to give him up, but the angels loved him more and we humbly bow in submission to Him who never makes a mistake. Funeral services were conducted by their pastor, Rev. J.E. Baird, May 4, after which interment was made in the Elk Spring cemetery to await the first resurrection.
