NOTE AGE: EMILY GUNN MARABLE DATE OF DEATH - DECEMBER 14, 1996 MONTGOMERY COUNTY NATIVE Emily Gunn Marable, 87, Chattanooga, formerly of Clarksville, died saturday, December 14, 1996. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. tuesday, at Madison Street Church of Christ, Clarksville, with Geoffrey Sikes and Tilman Taylor officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. monday at Chattanooga Funeral Home in Hixson and from noon to 2 p.m. tuesday at the church. Mrs. Marable lived in Clarksville before moving to Chattanooga in 1995. She was a member of the Red Bank Church of Christ and a former member of Madison Street Church of Christ. She was a retired teacher for the Clarksville Montgomery County School system. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Donald Stone, Hixson; a brother, Eugene Gunn, Brownfield, TX; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
