She was married to William J. Davis in 1885.
They had three children:

MRS. ANN DAVIS PASSES AWAY THIS MORNING
Mrs. Ann Davis, 72, wife of W. J. Davis, residing at 2010 South K street, died at 7 o'clock this morning, of infirmities of age and complications, after an illness of four months.
The daughter of John and Ann Jones, she was born in Wales November 5, 1861, and in 1887 she was united in marriage to W. J. Davis.
They have resided in Elwood a number of years and Mrs. Davis enjoyed a wide circle of friends. She was a devoted wife and mother. Mrs. Davis was a member of the First
M. E. church.
Surviving besides the husband are two sons, Thomas E. Davis and Jenkins J. Davis, both of Elwood, and seven brothers and sisters, John Jones, Thomas Jones, David Jones, Mrs. Lewis Williams, Miss Jane Jones and Mrs. Rachel Davis, all of Wales, and Mrs. William Harris, of London, England. There are nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at the resident Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev. E. L. Gates, pastor of the First M. E. church, in charge, assisted by Rev. Joel Hull, pastor of the Church of God, and burial will be made in the city cemetery with Copher and Fesler in charge.
