Deceased was a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Kaltefleiter and was born on the home place near West Point, July 30, 1882. He was reared to manhood here and lived here up to five years ago since which time he has lived in Rock Island.
He is survivved by a daughter, Wihlma, his parents, Mrs. and Mrs. John Kaltefleiter, one sister, Mrs. Henry Schutte, and three brothers, Henry, Ed, and Geo. Kaltefleiter, all of West Point. Besides these he leaves numerous other relatives and friends who regret his early dimise. John Kaltefleiter and son Geo. were called to his bedside Tuesday but arrived too late to see him alive.
The remains arrived here Thursday morning, and funeral services will be held at St. Mary's church at 9:30 Friday morning, Rev. Grothe will oficiate. Interment will be in Calvary.
