Seena Karsh, 79, Sarasota, died Sept. 7, 2002. She was born March 9, 1923, in Everett, Mass., and came to Sarasota in 1990 from Newton, Mass. She was one of the draftspersons working on the Norden Bombsight during World War II and later became a commercial artist. She was a volunteer for Newton Public School system and a member of the Creative Arts Committee. Survivors include daughters Alison of Sarasota and Nadine Harper of Montgomery, Ala.; a sister, Lorraine Rosenthal of Newton, Mass.; and two grandchildren. A graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Bay Pines. Wiegand Brothers Funeral Home, Sarasota, is in charge. Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity.
