Mrs. Arinder Services held December 24
Mrs. Maude Thompson Arinder passed away December 23rd at her residence near Vaiden. Services were held December 24th at Mount Carmel Baptist Church with the pastor officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery with Lee Funeral Home of Winona in charge.
Mrs. Arinder was born in Smith March 28, 1895 and was married to the late Tilman Arinder. She was a member of Mount Carmel Baptist Church. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Hazel Mann, one son, James Arinder, four sisters, Mrs. R. T. Husband, Mrs. Annie Johnson, Mrs. Mary Batte and
Mrs. Neal Putman, five brothers, Tom Thompson, W. C. Thompson, Braxton Thompson, Marshall Thompson and Buford Thompson.
Pallbearers were Harold Curtis Evans, Donnie Evans, Richardmon Brock, Bill Stewart, M. D. Stewart and Eddie Corley.
