Chloe Waite is the wife of Alexander Bushnell, the head of the Bushnell family in Hartford Ohio.
She is said to be a descendant of Thomas Waite, the regicide, one of those who signed the death warrant of King Charles I of England, and was later imprisoned after the restoration of his son Charles II as King. The history(s) of Hartford, Trumbull Co., OH mention her frequently as living a long life and having over 300 living descendants in the late 1800's (at the time the histories were written).
