Funeral was Monday in Edwards Funeral Home Chapel of Fort Smith with burial at Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Smith.
She is survived by two sons, John of Pocola and Huey of Branson, Mo.; two sisters, Lucilla Jean of Yuba City, Calif., and Mildred Newton of Lake Village; two brothers, Bob Cherry of Fort Smith and Frank Cherry of Havana; nine grandchildren, Terri Staley of Tahlequah, Okla., Tim Farris of Phoenix, Tammy Womack of Norman, Okla., Brian Farris of LeFlore, Okla., Cheryl Rothschild and Jeff Farris, both of Pocola, David and Derek Farris, both of Wichita, Kan., and Sara Schaeffer of Oak Grove, Mo.; and 13 great-grandchildren.
