Flora Bronnel (Koch) Livingston was born on September 1, 1894. She was the daughter of William Koch and Ella E. (Dawes) Koch. She married Edgar Raymond Loewenstein in 1913 (in 1916 their name was changed to Livingston). Flora was the loving mother of two daughters, Virginia and Doris. In March of 1927, Flora contracted pneumonia. She died on March 23, 1927; and was buried at Loudon Park Cemetery on March 26.
