Alice B. Fetsch Hoelting

Alice B. Hoelting, 79, of Shawnee, KS, passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2001, at Shawnee Mission Medical Center.
Mrs. Hoelting was born in St. Peters, MO. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, the Ladies Guild at the church, and the Compassionate Quilters.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Albert F. Hoelting, of the home; three daughters, Karen Starnes, Shawnee, KS, JoAnn Hunnell, Lenexa, KS, and Barbara Mann, Shawnee, KS; eight sons, Albert G. Hoelting, Basehor, KS, David Hoelting, Richard Hoelting, Tim Hoelting, Mark Hoelting, Michael Hoelting, Robert Hoelting, and Ken Hoelting, all of Shawnee, KS; three sisters, Lucille Kasper, Cortelville, MO, Jean Grillo, O'Fallen, MO, and Jane Hibbeler, O'Fallen, MO; two brothers, Floyd Fetsch, Bonita Springs, FL, and William Fetsch, St. Peters, MO; 36 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Alice was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and she will be missed by all who loved her.
The Mass of Resurrection will be 10 a.m. Friday, June 22, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial in Resurrection Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee where the Rosary will be prayed at 6 p.m.
The family suggests contributions to the Advice & Aid Pregnancy Center, 10974 W. 74th Terr., Shawnee, KS 66203.
