Coza Sherwood Crawley, 83, of Columbus died at her home at 12:55 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, 1992.

Funeral will be conducted by the Rev. Steve Christy at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home at Greensburg where calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday. Burial will be at South Park Cemetery.

She was born Sept. 29, 1909, in Franklin County, the daughter of Charles and Estella Abrams Sherwood.

She had worked at Decatur Memorial Hospital over 20 years as a nurses' aid. She was a member of First Christian Church of Greensburg and the Business and Professional Women's organization.

Survivors include two daughters, Helen Fryman of Eaglewood, Ohio, and Cleora Fisher of Columbus; a son, Don G. Crawley of Greensburg; three sisters, Florence Adtkisson of Forest Hill, Calif., Helen Lattin of Jerome, Idaho, and Dorothy Anderson of Greensburg; a brother, William Sherwood of Auburn, Calif.; 17 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter and a brother.
