Son of Mr. & Mrs. Wesley 'Allen' Casey. A resident of Rosetta for the last five years of his life, where he had many friends. He was a highly respected citizen, a devoted husband and father. He had a very jolly disposition and enjoyed his friends and neighbors, who both young and old, knew him as 'Uncle Ambrose.' He was a member of the church of Christ for the last 33 years, and a Mason for 40. Mr. Casey was survived by two children, Mrs. John Young and Mrs. Edd Morrison of Mt. Levi, Arkansas. His others survivors include a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers, U.R. Casey of Limestone and C.H. Casey of near Ashland, Oklahoma. He was laid to rest in the Casey Cemetery at Limestone [Valley] on 8 August, with his service officiated by Frank Moore of Rosetta, assisted by the Masonic Fraternity. No cemetery marker can be located in this cemetery which has been seriously neglected in past years.
