Debra Rushton Lowery, 45, 179 Wilderness Trail, Blacksburg, died Sunday, March 28, 2010, at home. A native of Gastonia, NC, she was the daughter of Donald O. and Frances Garrett Rushton of the home.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two daughters - Angel Lowery of Rock Hill, SC; and Olivia Chavis of the home. One brother - Donald R. Rushton of High Shoals, NC. Special friend - Tippie Chavis.
The family will receive friends Thursday, April 1, 2010, from 6-7:30 PM at White Columns. At other times, they will be at the home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, April 2, 2010, 2:30 PM, graveside, at Bessemer City Memorial Cemetery(NC).
