Mr. Kelley was a brother of Henry Kelley and Uncle of Andrew Kelly of Graham. Mr. Kelley / Kelly homesteaded 79 acres right on the bluff of this Laquey land. Henry Kelly pre-empted and later sold to Bose. Bose sold to Irving & Irving then to Laquey. Norma Choate and her husband, C.B. Choate then bought the land.
