Richard L. Combs, 53, Indianapolis, died Feb. 21 2003. He was born June 18, 1949. He most recently worked for Navistar. Mr.Combs was a graduate of New Palestine High School. He was a member of The Hoosier Model T Club, Model A. Ford Club and the St. Johns United Church of Christ Cumberland. Services will be 1 p.m. Tues Feb. 25 at the Hendryx Funeral Home Cumberland Chapel, with calling from 2 to 8 p.m. Mon. Feb. 24. Entombment will be in Washington Park East Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Mr. Combs was preceded in death by his parents Verle W. and Gertrude Ida (Meier) Combs. Survivors include his wife Pamela J.(McClain) Combs; daughters Heather Kraeszig; Mindi and Windi Jenkins; sister Vicki Maddox; grandchildren Gavin and Ethan Kraezig, Dakota and Taylor Jenkins;aunt Beulah Meier.
