ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. -- Donald A. Manske, age 68, of St. Albans, Vt., and winter residence of Dade City, Fla., died on Sunday, Feb. 15, 2004, at East Pasco Medical Center in Zephyrhills, Fla. He was born on July 10, 1935, in Crosby, Minn., to Fred and Mae (Dosch) Manske. He retired in 1998 from The Fonda Group as a financial officer with 30 years of service. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic church in St. Albans, Vt. He was also a member of the Elks Lodge, Eagles Club and the Champlain Country Club, all in St. Albans, Vt. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Noreen; two sons and daughter-in-law, Troy and Sandy Manske of Buffalo, N.Y., and Greg Manske of Burlington, Vt.; a brother, Robert Manske of Little Falls, Minn.; a sister, Rosemary Caven of Wisconsin; two grandchildren, Taylor and Jackson Manske, both of Buffalo, N.Y.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 6, 2004, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Crosby with Father Howard Eisel officiating. Burial will be at the Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby, Minn. Friends may call on Saturday one hour prior to services at the church. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby. If so desired in lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society.
