BURNHAM - Bonnie K. Armstrong, 61, of 810 E. Freedom Ave., Burnham, died at 2:42 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9, 2003, at Hershey Medical Center.
Born Jan. 16, 1942, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of Charlotte (Young) Powell, Belleville and the late Arthur W. Powell. Survived by step-father, Fern E. Russler and her husband, Gary L. Armstrong, whom she married Nov. 14, 1959.
Also surviving are: three children, Lori D. Page, Reedsville, Richard S. Armstrong and wife, Rhonda, Lewistown, Lisa Johnson and husband Matthew, Jamestown; a brother, Charles "Bud" Powell, Suisun City, CA; a sister, Connie Loudenslager and husband Stephen, Mifflin; and five grandchildren, Mrs. Benjamin (Kendra) Brubaker, Jessica A. Fultz, Shawn R. Armstrong, Kelly C. Johnson, and Rachel L. Johnson.
She was a department supervisor at K-Mart from 1977-82, and she was a salesperson at Fashion Bug, Burnham for 20 years from 1983-present.
She was a Lutheran by faith.
Her funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Heller-Hoenstine Burnham Funeral Home, 108 First Ave., Burnham with Rev. Rosalie N. Smith officiating. Interment will be in Belleville Lutheran Cemetery.
