Harry Victor Long, age 68, Shawano, died April 15, 1962 at Shawano Community Hospital.

He was born March 26, 1894 in Waupaca County, the son of the late George and Margaret "Margie" (Bumhauer) Long.

Harry was a U.S. Army Veteran serving during World War I.

Survivors include two sisters, Myrtle (Edward) Aggen; Bernice (Harold) Stroud; five brothers, John (Lydia) Long, Chancie (Viola) Long, Joe (Louise) Long, Russell (Bertha) Long and Howard Long.

Harry was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and two brothers.

Funeral services were held April 18, 1962 at Schmidt's Funeral Home, Wittenberg. The Rev. Carl Musall officiated. Interment was in Forest Home Cemetery, Wittenberg.
