Debbie Taylor McDugald, 58, of Waco, Texas, passed away March 25, 2010, at her residence. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Monday, March 29, at Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Adams officiating. Burial will follow in Moore Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday, March 28, at the funeral home.

Debbie was born in Waco, Texas, to Jay Carl and Elsie Vernell (Latimer) Taylor. She graduated from LaVega High School and earned her L.V.N. License from MCC Nursing School. She worked at numerous hospitals and the Family Practice Clinic for several years and married Stewart McDugald in 1980. She was baptized at Oak Lawn Baptist Church and was a member of Bellmead Calvary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jay Carl Taylor.

Survivors include her husband, Stewart "Rusty" McDugald ; daughter, Rachel Ann McDugald, of all Waco; mother, Vernell Taylor, of Waco; brothers, David Taylor, of Austin and Michael Taylor, of Waco; special nieces, Mechelle Taylor and Crystal Taylor, several other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many cousins.
