years, of St. Jacobs. Beloved wife of
the late Egbert Schmidt (May 2007).
Dear mother of Ted and Betty Lou of
Prince Rupert, B.C., Neil and Sheila
of St. Jacobs, Ron of Kitchener, Susan
and Brian Tyndall of Pine Lake,
Alberta. Also lovingly remembered
by her grandchildren John (Crystal),
Hank (Linda), Ben; Jamie (Stephanie)
and Jenn (Tony); Luke and Levi; and
by her great-grandchildren Taylor,
Kashella, Jonavon; Daniel, Brian;
Sophie, Jake; Mikayla, Jayde and
Tehya. Sister of Howard and Lydia
Ann Bauman of Cambridge. Pre-
deceased by her parents Manassah B.
and Selinda (Sitler) Bauman, her
four brothers Addison, Elmer, Edgar,
Abner, and her sister Gladys Steirs.
Mina was a longtime, faithful member
of St. James Ev. Lutheran Church,
St. Jacobs. She will always be
remembered for her love of gardening
and birds. The family will receive
their friends and relatives at the
Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira, on
Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral
service to celebrate Mina's life and
faith will be held at St. James Ev.
Lutheran Church, St. Jacobs, on
Monday, March 29, 2010 at 11 a.m.
with Rev. Martin Giebel and Rev.
Harold Brill officiating, followed by
cremation. Interment will take place
at St. James Lutheran Cemetery, St.
Jacobs, at a later date. In Mina's
memory, donations to St. James would
be appreciated as expressions of
sympathy.
