John M Abbott, 50, member of the plumbing firm of Abbott & Haverly, doing business on Miles street, died late Tuesday night at his home on Elm street. Last August he suffered a stroke of paralysis. He was formerly a motorman on the Greenfield and Turners Falls street railway. A widow, son and daughter, and brother and sister at Turners Falls, survive. His funeral will be held to-day at 12.30. The burial will be at Gardner.
