Mrs. Skaggs was an avid Razorback Basketball fan. She raced cars and was named Track Champ at
Razorback Speedway. She operated Pooh Bear Family Home Day Care in Farmington and was also devoted to the care of her family. She attended Christian Life Cathedral in Fayetteville.
Survivors include two children, Allan Skaggs and wife Sandra of West Fork, Judy Easter and husband Curtis of Elm Springs; four brothers, Edward Tate of Fayetteville, Gerald Tate and wife Dorothea of Rogers, Lonnie Tate and wife Joyce of Clarksville, Malcolm Tate and wife Linda of Oark; four grandchildren, Cory Easter, Cara Easter,
Drew Skaggs, Shawn Skaggs; and one great-grandchild, Cassandra "Cassie" Easter.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 31, at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel. Interment was at Patterson Springs Cemetery near Oark.
