Dorothy Agnes Martin Crock of Woodbridge, Va., and formerly of Flagstaff, died Tuesday, March 16, 2010. She was 90.

She was born in Erie, Pa., on June 7, 1919, a daughter of the late Clement Martin and Myrtle Bolkey Martin Ritter.

She attended Sacred Heart Grade School, Roosevelt Junior High, Academy High School and Erie Beauty School. She worked as a beautician, at Erie Resistor as a supply manager, and at W.T. Grant Co. and Trask's Department Store as a bookkeeper.

She retired as a bookkeeper and receptionist for her daughter, M.J. Heher, CPA, in Flagstaff at the age of 85.

Mrs. Crock enjoyed dancing, card games, Rummikub, Bunco, going to the casinos, crocheting and bowling. She was a member of numerous organizations in Virginia and Arizona.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Palmer John Crock, in 1984; two brothers, Clement "Buddy" J. Martin, Jr. and Robert "Skip" Ritter, and two sisters, Barbara Ann Barrett and Miriam "Wawa" Swiencki.

She is survived by two daughters, Patti Ann Gleichsner (William) of Woodbridge and Mary Jo Heher (William) of Flagstaff; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren

She is also survived by eight siblings: William "Billy" Martin (Dawn) of Oakridge, La., Richard "Butch" Martin (Lupe) of Calhoun, La., Geraldine Alice "Honey" Baker of Erie, Sally Ann McCallion (James) of Erie, Joanne Ritter of California, Michael Ritter (Joann) and Thomas Ritter (Mary Ann) of Erie, and Sue Linsenby (Van) of West Monroe, La.; an aunt; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Brugger Home for Funerals, 1595 West 38th St. at Greengarden Boulevard in Erie. Services will be held there Tuesday at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Church at 9:30 a.m. Burial in Calvary Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Capital Hospice, 2900 Telestar Court, Falls Church, Va. 22042.
