Claude was born November 24, 1925 in Latexo to parents, Claude Rawls and Mattie Ola Padgett Rawls. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and retired from Ethyl Corp after 25 years. Dillard enjoyed hunting, fishing, crossword puzzles, gardening and was a football enthusiast.
Dillard is survived by daughter, Judy Williams and husband, Ric of Lacey, WA; sister, Mozelle Weeks of Dallas; grandchildren, Andrea Thompson and husband, Kenny of Shelton, WA, Erica Black and husband, Eric of Granite Falls, WA, Stephanie Bellamy and husband, Kevin of Fredericksburg, VA, Sabrina Holloway of Crockett, John Trenton Rawls of Troy, Brandon Sturdavant and wife, Cindy of Houston, Leslie Thompson and husband, Travis of Houston, Thalia McFarland of Troy; 19 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild due in October; nephew, Truitt Weeks and wife, Nancy of Weatherford; nieces, Lisa Fisher and husband, Bill of Dallas, Jeannie Taylor and husband, Stephen of Mesquite; numerous other loving relatives and friends.

Interment to follow at Wesley Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday evening at Callaway-Allee Funeral Home.
