Nettie B. Broadhead, 84, of Clanton died Thursday, May 28 at Chilton Medical Center, Clanton.
She was born Saturday, Nov. 1, 1924 in Alabama, daughter of the late Marion Chandler and the late Mamie Lockhart Chandler.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her four daughters, Alice Tillery, Barbara Garris, Linda Martin, Faye Graveman; three sons, Frank Broadhead, Freddie Broadhead, Mark Broadhead; 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Burt Chandler, Barney Chandler; and sister, Eula Hayes.
She was preceded in death by her husband, G.C. Broadhead; sister, Maggie Anderson; sister, Eve Burnette; sister, Lucille Weathers.
Friends will be received from 5-8 p.m., Friday, May 29 at Martin Funeral Home.
Services will be held Saturday, May 30, at 2 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Atkins officiating.
Interment will follow in Pilgrim Rest Cemetery, Plantersville.
