CUMMINGS, DEBRA A. "MORGAN," 52, of Crystal River, died Saturday (Nov. 13, 2004) in Crystal River. She was born in Joliet, Ill., and came here many years from Trilby. She was president and co-founder of Alegre Vida Paso Finos Inc., a breeding and training facility for pure blooded Puerto Rican Pasco Fino Horses. She had been vice-president of Cummings and Cummings, P.A. in Safety Harbor. She was a a member of the DAV Auxiliary, the DAV Commanders Club, Humane Society, NRA, World Wildlife Federation and many other organizations. Survivors include her husband, David W.; and her mother, M. Michele (Mintzer) Soltwisch, Spring Hill. Brown Funeral Home and Crematory, Crystal River.
