T. B. Upton Called in Death
The town regrets the loss of one of its good citizens in the passing away of Mr. T. B. Upton, whose death occurred at his home here Wednesday, August 14th, after an illness of many months.
Mr, Upton was about 80 years of age and his immediate family consists of his aged wife, and the following children: Mrs. D. C. Hall, Mendenhall; Luther Upton, Laurel; Wilson Upton, Poplarville; Mrs. Mae Williams, D'Lo; Plummer Upton, Martinville and Mrs. Ollie Turner of Martinville,
Funeral services were held from the Baptist Church here this afternoon, conducted by local pastors.
