MENTONE - Mrs. Oma Sexton, 81, died at 1:30 a.m. today at the home of a son, George, in Burket. She came to live with her son in Burket from Floyd County, Kentucky, when she became ill three months ago.

Mrs. Sexton was born in Endicott, Ky., on July 31, 1884. Her husband, Smolley Sexton, preceded her in death.

Surviving are two sons, George W., of Burket, Elkane- of Pierceton; three daughters, Mrs. Buley (Jane) Goble, Detroit, Mich., Mrs. Almon Goble, Lexington, Ky., Mrs. Ella Swather, Columbus, O.; 32 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Christy Jarvis, Mrs. Bessie Woods, both of Endicott, Ky., Mrs. Nella Sanders, Pikeville, Ky.; and three brothers, Grover and Edward Collins, both of Pikeville, Ky., and Elbert Collins, of Sandy Ridge, W.Va.

Friends may call at the King-Reed Memorial Home after 1 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 10 a.m. Wednesday with Rev. Burkhart officiating. Burial Burkhart officiating. Burial will be in the Palestine cemetery.
