Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. in the Hensarling Cemetery for Allen Pouland, 79, who died in Houston Friday after a long illness.
The Rev. D.J. Sanders will officiate.
Mr. Pouland had lived in Angelina County most of his life.
He was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, W.J. Pouland of Houston; four daughters, Mrs. Flora Green of Burke, Estelle Gibson of Houston, Mrs. Eula Burke of Baytown and Mrs. Murlene Mikalhachals of Houston; four brothers, Tom Pouland, O.S. Pouland, Wilfred Pouland and Marshall Pouland, all of Zavalla, one sister, Mrs. Etta Mott also of Zavalla; 29 grandchildren and 12 great-grand children .
