Obituary: Mrs. Carrier
Funeral services for Mrs. Estelle Carrier, 58, of 7001 Waxahachie Street, Houston, are scheduled for 1:00 pm Saturday in the Heights Funeral Home Chapel.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30pm Sunday at Concord Cemetery.
Mrs. Carrier died Friday afternoon in a Houston hospital after a long illness.
She was born April 21, 1905 in Angelina County and had resided in Houston for 25 years.
She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Lenton Carrier of Houston, two daughters, Mrs. Dick Westberry and Mrs. Bill Hancock both of Angleton, two sisters, Mrs. J.M. (Flora) Green of Apple Springs and Mrs. E.M. (Murleen) Mikolajchak of Houston, three grandchildren.
