Mrs. Phoebe McGinnis, aged 82 years, widow of Jacob McGinnis, died Sunday morning, April 11, 1937, at 1:15 o’clock, at her residence in Manorville, following a short illness. Surviving are three daughters; Mrs. J.S. Neal, and Mrs. Jennie Toy, both of Kittanning; Mrs. Clara Delano, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; four sons, A.J. McGinnis, Robert W. McGinnis, Harry McGinnis and Orrie McGinnis, all of Kittanning; 41 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. The body was removed to the Smith Funeral Home where funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon, April 14, at 2 o’clock, with Rev. I.S. McCoy, pastor of the First Church of God on Woodward avenue, officiating. Burial will be made in the family plot in the Kittanning cemetery.
